What you’ll be doing
- Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Coordinate calendars, deadlines, meetings, depositions, and travel
- Maintain case files, legal records, and document systems
- Support time entry, expense reporting, file opening/closing, and conflict checks
- Help keep attorneys organized, prepared, and on track in a deadline-driven environment
What you bring
- 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of legal documents, terminology, and court-related procedures
- Excellent organization, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with urgency, manage competing priorities, and stay composed under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Office and general legal software skills
