Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with experience in water and wastewater facility design and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will independently manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to make a tangible impact in water/wastewater engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and design water and wastewater facility and infrastructure projects
- Prepare and monitor project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and economical project delivery
- Make independent engineering decisions and take responsibility for solutions
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with peers, clients, and management teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or able to obtain PE licensure through reciprocity
- 5 years of experience in water or wastewater plant and infrastructure design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset
