What You Will Do
- Lead electrical design efforts for complex MEP projects
- Guide and mentor teams of engineers and designers
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical leadership
- Support project managers with planning, coordination, and quality
- Work across commercial, medical, biotech, education, and transportation sectors
- Ensure all designs meet required codes and healthcare standards
What You Bring
- BSEE
- Ten or more years of experience in MEP consulting or building systems design
- Leadership or management experience with engineering teams
- Healthcare design background including HCAI
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Solid understanding of building codes and electrical design principles
- Experience with CAD and Revit preferred
- PE, LEED, or PMP are pluses
