🏗️ How You’ll Bring Projects to Life
Sales & Operations Support
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to Sales and Operations teams
- Assist with inventory data entry and manage large‑scale event orders, ensuring change orders are processed accurately and on time
- Help maintain organized records, documentation, and order details
Front Desk & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, welcoming guests and directing them with professionalism
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with a positive, customer‑focused approach
Organization & Coordination
- Enter, update, and maintain data with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate with internal departments to support compliance with established policies and procedures
- Order office equipment and monitor, stock, and replenish office and conference room supplies
Team & Office Support
- Assist with meeting setup, including preparing and stocking conference rooms
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
- Jump in to support problem‑solving and day‑to‑day administrative or operational needs
- Provide general support for meetings, events, and daily office operations
