As a Seasonal Installer, you’ll play a key hands‑on role in bringing live events to life. Working closely with the National Logistics Manager, Project Managers, and Site Managers, you’ll help ensure events are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical, mechanical work, problem‑solving on the job site, and being part of a collaborative team environment. You’ll help build event environments from the ground up — installing tents, staging, and flooring — and experience the satisfaction of seeing your work showcased at high‑profile events across the country.
This is a seasonal position, approximately 6 months in duration.
🏛️ How You’ll Support the Structure
- Build and install frame and structure tents as part of dynamic event setups
- Assemble and install staging and flooring to support seamless event experiences
- Assist with efficient setup and teardown of tents and structural components
- Safely use hand‑powered drills and common hand tools
- Measure and align materials accurately using a tape measure
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work area
- Apply mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills to hands‑on installation tasks

- High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Strong work ethic and pride in doing quality work
- Willingness to work long hours when required to meet event timelines

- Previous experience working with tents or event structures
- A valid driver’s license
- Forklift certification (or interest in becoming certified)
