Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Arctic Cat is the most iconic name in powersports, and a leading manufacturer of snowmobiles, side-by-sides and all-terrain vehicles. We are currently hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team working onsite in Thief River Falls, MN.

The Opportunity

The Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the entire revenue and receivables process and other financial and accounting duties as needed. This is a growth opportunity which is likely to expand your expertise beyond AR into other areas of Accounting and Finance over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply cash collections through check, ACH, wire, and credit cards to dealer accounts
• Communicate with dealers to ensure timely collection of receipts, placing accounts on shipment hold as necessary
• Collaborate with sales support operations regularly to evaluate, calculate, and update dealer credit limits and account information
• Process payment and sales discount information to the dealer accounts to reconcile unit sales and prepare monthly dealer refunds
• Complete account reconciliations in a timely manner each month end
• SAP and monthly reporting responsibilities
• Special projects and accounting duties as appropriate

What You Bring to the Table

Required:

• 2-3 years’ previous experience working in an accounting or finance position
• Strong communicator with both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Ability to work independently yet collaboratively
• Problem solving ability

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting or similar business acumen
• Experience working in an accounts receivable position
