Arctic Cat is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead an experienced team of supply chain professionals. This is a full-time, onsite position where you can make an impact now and grow in your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish standard work and drive strategic execution by identifying potential suppliers, creating bid packages, and running RFQ process.
- Lead negotiations and award business by identifying cost performance and VMI/SOI initiatives within the supply base in close coordination with the strategic sourcing teams.
- Manage make vs. buyanalysis to determine optimal supply chaindecisions.
- Conduct applicable landed costs analysis on applicable RFQ packages priorto negotiation and final awards.
- Drive adherence to standard work and best practices; foresee issues and mitigate business impact.
- Communicate production readiness across the organization to provide excellent internal customer support to manufacturing, production, and assembly teams.
- Ensure SCM operates in alignment with program budgets, last price paid and ‘should-cost’ parameters when procuring parts/systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and finance to revise requirements and scope to enable effective competition.
- Train personnel on the basics of commercial sales such as pricing, delivery, warranty, payment terms, and various legal terms to protect the business. Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required. We feel this education provides critical knowledge and will ensure career growth over time. Extensive, relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
- 5 years related experience required.
- Software knowledge: MS Office Suite, ERP system experience required, SAP preferred.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
