Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Shift hours vary (multiple shift times available for both day and evening); Saturday shift required.Location: In-person at our Warrensville Heights, Cleveland, OH office some opportunities to work from homePay: $17-20 per hour, based on experience

What You Will Do: 

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency 

• Schedule service appointments and maintenance appointments

• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues 

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system 

• Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations 
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships 

What We Are Looking For: 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 

• A positive, customer-first attitude and a team-oriented mindset 

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software (training provided) 

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate!
