What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead sales and service operations to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and profitability
- Set clear sales, performance, and operational goals aligned with company objectives
- Coach technicians on sales effectiveness, customer communication, and service quality
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing consistent feedback and accountability
- Ensure exceptional residential service delivery and a positive customer experience
- Provide field support to technicians to improve close rates, job efficiency, and compliance with standards
- Analyze sales and operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing technicians in partnership with the hiring team
