What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems.
- Learn to troubleshoot electrical issues and support diagnostic and repair work while following all safety procedures.
- Help install wiring, lighting, outlets, panels, and other electrical components in compliance with national and local codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on every job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide a positive customer experience.
- Use ServiceTitan software and other company tools to document work performed and support job completion.
What You'll Bring:
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in the electrical trade.
- Enrollment in, or willingness to enroll in, an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and job site safety practices.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn from experienced electricians.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to local job sites.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials while working in various residential environments.
