Schedule: Shift hours vary (multiple shift times available for both day and evening)
****SATURDAY SHIFT REQUIRED*****
Location: Warrensville Heights, OH office some opportunities to work from home
Pay: $18-20 per hour, based on experience
What You Will Do:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Schedule service appointments and maintenance appointments
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
- Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, customer-first attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software (training provided)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
