About the Role
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you’ll help customers upgrade their internet experience by providing clear, friendly, and informed guidance on our fiber-optic services. This is a 1099 position, giving you the flexibility to set your schedule, work independently, and grow your income based on performance.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience — from the first conversation to installation and beyond. Our focus isn’t on recruiting, but on helping you build your skills, succeed in your role, and grow with the company as we expand into new markets.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with residential customers to discuss their internet needs
- Provide personalized recommendations and explain the benefits of fiber-optic service
- Deliver exceptional customer service while presenting available plans and pricing
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and account setup
- Collect and input customer details using an iPad to complete orders and track progress
- Represent CLE Telco with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction
