Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced pizzaiuolo (pizza cook) to craft authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You’ll work with fresh ingredients, uphold our presentation and flavor standards, and help deliver the exceptional dining experience Arancino is known for.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station
- Support teammates and set the next shift up for success
- Work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pizza cook in a high-volume restaurant (required)
- Strong knife skills and general culinary knowledge
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- AM/PM availability preferred
