Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our food truck team The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, specifically pizza experience. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating our signature sourdough pizza to meet our high standards for quality and taste, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the food service environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience making pizza is preferred.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and skills related to pizza making.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to works weekends. This position is for Saturdays.
