We’re seeking a skilled Antipasti/Salad Station Cook to prepare beautiful, flavorful starters and fresh salads that set the tone for our guests’ dining experience. If you have a passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare antipasti and salads according to recipes and plating standards
- Wash, chop, and portion fresh ingredients daily
- Arrange dishes with precision and artistry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen or cold station experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and attention to presentation
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak service
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- AM/PM availability preferred
