- Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare comprehensive pitch sheets and proposals for sharing with partners on key initiatives.
- Develop engaging presentations and recap summaries for Promotions Managers.
- Draft contracts for Promotions Managers based on their negotiations with partners.
- Generate Contract Summary forms for Promotions Managers.
- Proactively follow up on contracts to ensure timely receipt from partners.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including brand strategy, customer relations, public affairs, digital marketing, and commercial operations, to ensure promotional activities align with strategic objectives for the organization’s diverse offerings and adhere to operational guidelines.
- Coordinate media remote events and special promotions, collaborating with event and operations partners for meticulous planning and production logistics.
- Provide essential cross-functional support for large-scale programs and initiatives, assisting the extended team as needed.
- Must-Have Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent teamwork abilities.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience interacting with outside agencies, partners, and media.
- A keen eye and understanding for creative execution as it applies to consumer insights.
- Previous experience or educational background in marketing, business affairs, advertising, or broadcast communications is strongly preferred; at a minimum, a demonstrated passion for understanding and meeting consumer needs through robust strategic and creative thinking.
- Proven record of execution success; ability to deliver results on strategy, time, and budget with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent attitude and disposition; comfortable with ambiguity; a bias for action; and the ability to smartly navigate organizations and build relationships.
- A genuine passion for the organization’s diverse offerings, travel and leisure, entertainment, production, and media.
