Marketing Promotions Coordinator

Overview
4 Corner Resources is seeing a Marketing Specialist to support promotional campaigns, events, and media initiatives for one of our clients. This role is highly execution-focused and centers on coordinating projects, managing vendors, supporting contract workflows, and building presentations. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and media showcases
• Develop pitch sheets, proposals, and presentation decks
• Create recap presentations for internal stakeholders
• Coordinate marketing events and media logistics
• Manage vendor communication, timelines, and follow-ups
• Prepare contracts based on agreed terms and track progress
• Create contract summary documentation (CSS forms)
• Monitor contract returns and ensure timely completion
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, PR, CRM, digital, operations, and product
• Ensure campaigns align with brand and operational standards
• Support multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree required
• 2  years of experience in marketing, promotions, events, or campaign coordination
• Hands-on experience supporting or executing campaigns or events
• Experience working with vendors or external partners
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience creating presentations
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or large corporate environments
• Exposure to contract coordination or preparation
• Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams
• Event logistics or media coordination experience

• Must be local to Orlando, FL.
• Mostly remote with occasional onsite meetings
• 8-month contract
• Pay: $21/hour
