4 Corner Resources is looking for an Associate Client Manager to join our team. This is a full cycle role where you'll learn the business from the ground up. This involves recruiting, business development, and account management. This position has a direct path to Client Manager.
You'll spend your time sourcing and placing candidates, building relationships with clients and hiring managers, and supporting senior staff on day to day account work. If you're motivated by people, comfortable on the phone, and looking to build a career in staffing sales, this is a solid place to start.
Fully remote with Central Florida residency required.
What you'll be doing
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and referral sources
- Connect with hiring managers and senior leaders at target companies to develop new business
- Schedule and attend prospective client meetings
- Support and shadow the Client Manager on account responsibilities
- Stay current on local market conditions and hiring trends
- Attend networking events and professional association meetings
What we're looking for

- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and over the phone
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable asking tough questions and having direct conversations
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- BA/BS degree preferred

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
