Enrollment & Billing Specialist
6 Month Contract
Location: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday)
Pay Rate: $28/hour
4 Corner Resources is seeking an experienced Enrollment & Billing Specialist to support healthcare enrollment, eligibility, billing, and member account operations across multiple lines of business, including Medicare and Medicaid plans. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent data entry accuracy, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process member enrollments, disenrollments, terminations, and account updates accurately and within established service level agreements
- Review and reconcile eligibility and billing reports to ensure member records and premium payments are correctly applied
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accuracy across multiple systems and platforms
- Investigate and resolve member account discrepancies, billing issues, and eligibility concerns
- Process payments, refunds, and account adjustments as needed
- Review and update transactions within customer management and workflow systems
- Collaborate with Contact Center Operations, Member Services, and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated member inquiries
- Working within vendor and healthcare platforms to validate eligibility and enrollment information
- Maintain daily productivity and quality standards
- Support additional operational and administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working in healthcare enrollment, billing, eligibility, or member services operations
- Strong data entry and multitasking skills in high-volume environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including pivot tables, filtering, and reconciliation reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Experience using CRM, workflow management, or healthcare processing systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, or commercial insurance environments
- Experience with auditing, reconciliation, or analytical reporting
- Experience working with eligibility platforms and vendor systems
- Knowledge of healthcare enrollment workflows and member record processing
- Experience with Microsoft Access or data management systems preferred
