Location: Fully onsite in Winter Park, FL 
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Position Overview
4 Corner Resources is seeking a detail-driven Payroll Wage Specialist to support a high-volume, compliance-focused payroll operation. This role ensures full compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act, state prevailing wage laws, and project-specific reporting requirements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing certified payroll across multiple states for both union and non-union workforces. This is a lead-level role supporting over 300 active certified payroll (CPR) projects, requiring strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit weekly Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) across multiple states in compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage requirements
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of CPRs, including Statements of Compliance, Wage and Hour Records, Deduction Records, and Fringe Benefit Records
• Ensure all required fields such as dates, signatures, classifications, and project information are accurate and compliant
• Verify employees are paid correctly based on applicable wage determinations, job classifications, fringe benefits, and locality-specific wage tables
• Audit payroll calculations, including project gross wages, weekly gross wages, approved deductions, and net pay
• Research and resolve discrepancies such as missing payrolls, interview findings, proof of payment requests, and employee verification issues
• Utilize electronic certified payroll reporting systems such as LCPtracker, AASHTOWare, SkillSmart, DocExpress, eMars, Elations, and other state-specific platforms
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and compliance agencies to ensure timely and accurate submissions

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Certified Payroll reporting, including Davis-Bacon and state prevailing wage compliance
• Experience using electronic CPR reporting systems required
• Ability to interpret wage determinations, project specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work across multiple projects
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
