Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist
- Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple companies and operating entities as the Payroll Specialist
- Review and audit employee time records, compensation changes, new hires, and terminations as the Payroll Specialist
- Respond to payroll‑related inquiries, support onboarding tasks, and maintain employee payroll data as the Payroll Specialist.
- Prepare payroll reports, support quarterly and annual payroll tax filings, and coordinate audit documentation as the Payroll Specialist.
