Principal Responsibilities
- Conduct CRM data hygiene audits to ensure accuracy of customer records
- Verify and update account ownership information, including confirming ADID details through assessor databases and offices
- Review and correct premise records, ensuring multi-unit properties are accurately reflected with all unit numbers listed
- Post alert and outage communications
- Assist in the development and maintenance of job aids, including deduplication processes and documentation organization
- Perform general administrative and customer service support tasks as needed
- Excellent computer skills
- High attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy and record management
- Strong organizational skills
- This is a temporary, non-benefit eligible, full-time position based out of our Monroe office.
- This position will run from mid-May through the end of August.
- Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
- Salary will be $17.50/hour
