Position Overview
This is a high-visibility recruiting role responsible for sourcing, qualifying, coordinating, and managing technical talent across the United States, India, and international markets. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator who can effectively engage with candidates, customers, hiring managers, and global delivery teams while managing multiple recruiting initiatives simultaneously.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting Aptimized's consulting and managed services business by identifying top technology talent, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, and providing an outstanding experience for both customers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Recruit technology professionals across North America, India, LATAM, EMEA, and other international markets.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across technology disciplines including SAP, Salesforce, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and Application Development.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within applicant tracking systems.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews between customers and candidates across multiple countries and time zones.
- Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, sales teams, account managers, and delivery leaders.
- Provide regular updates regarding candidate pipelines, interview status, market trends, and hiring progress.
- Deliver an exceptional customer and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Global Recruitment Operations
- Partner closely with recruiting teams and delivery centers in India and other international locations.
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications across global time zones.
- Support recruitment efforts for both domestic and international staffing engagements.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and manage onboarding coordination as required.
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with company standards and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of technology recruiting experience.
- Proven experience recruiting in the United States and India markets.
- Experience supporting international hiring initiatives across multiple geographic regions.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (required).
- Strong understanding of technology roles and skillsets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, executives, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones and countries.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an IT consulting, technology services, staffing, or managed services organization.
- Prior exposure to SAP, Salesforce, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data Analytics, AI, or ERP recruiting.
- Experience supporting both permanent placement and consulting engagements.
- Understanding of offshore, nearshore, and global delivery models.
