We are seeking a Digital Worker Technology Lead in our Parsippany, NJ office to support build, deploy and scale digital solutions for frontline logistics operations across terminals, warehouses, and processing centers.
The role partners with the transformation team on solution design and development, while owning deployment, operational rollout, scaling, usage, and performance tracking of the digital worker ecosystem. This includes supporting a unified Microsoft Dynamics 365-based environment connecting mobile apps, handheld devices, and AI-enabled capabilities, designed for high-volume and low-connectivity operations.
The role also helps shape frontline experiences across mobile, scanner, voice, and task-based interfaces, with embedded AI to support guided execution, data capture, and exception handling.

This requires onsite presence in our Parsippany, NJ office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Partner with the Transformation team to build, deploy, and scale digital worker solutions for frontline logistics operations
• Translate business requirements into deployable solutions and validate with frontline users
• Drive deployment, rollout, and adoption across sites, including device provisioning, mobile and scanner
deployments, and site readiness
• Define repeatable rollout and scaling playbooks for consistent execution across locations globally.
• Support multi-form-factor experiences (mobile, handheld scanners, voice, and task-based UIs) across
varying connectivity conditions
• Enable integration of frontline execution with enterprise systems through event-driven workflows
• Use telemetry, usage data, and operational feedback to improve performance, usability, and reliability
• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and auditable in collaboration with cybersecurity and compliance teams
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• 8 years of experience in digital tools, mobile platforms, or operations technology
• Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation environments
• Proven ability to deploy and scale solutions across multi-site operations
• Experience with frontline workflows and multi-modal interfaces (mobile, scanner, voice, IoT)
• Familiarity with Dynamics-based ecosystems or similar enterprise platforms
• Experience with low-code, API-based, or event-driven integration patterns
• Strong understanding of offline-first or edge-enabled solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Experience driving adoption, training, and change management at the frontline
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or operational analytics is a plus
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in enterprise environments
