Top 10 Must-Have Traits
- True BA orientation — owns requirements, not configuration
- 5 years SAP EWM (or WM) business analysis experience
- Regulated industry experience — GxP, SOX, CSV, FDA 21 CFR Part 11
- Master Data or Internal Process specialization (per role)
- Strong artifact discipline — Jira, Signavio, BPS, traceability
- Testing readiness ownership — Dry Run, BST, UAT
- Operates independently under BPO leadership
- Comfortable partnering with SI (TCS) configuration teams
- Strong stakeholder facilitation — BPOs, SMEs, warehouse users
- US-based with travel availability to Jacksonville, FL (Southeast US preferred)
Disqualifiers
- Pure configurators or solution architects
- Test leads positioning as BAs
- Candidates without EWM/WM or regulated industry experience
- Candidates unable to travel to Jacksonville
Highly Desirable
- Prior MedTech / Vision Care / Pharma experience
- Prior TCS-partnered delivery
- Signavio fluency
- APICS / ASCM certification
- Modular / Agile delivery in regulated environments
