Engagement Summary
This contract engagement provides change management coordination and execution support across acquisition, integration, and HR-related initiatives. The contractor will work under the direction of HR and work with other functional, and project leaders to help ensure change activities are documented, organized, and supported.
Scope of Services
Change Coordination & Monitoring
- Track change activity across acquisition and integration initiatives to support visibility into timing, impacted populations, and potential overlap.
- Maintain simple tracking tools to monitor change impacts, milestones, and dependencies.
- Surface risks, issues, or change saturation concerns to assigned leads for review and action.
Change Plan Development Support
- Draft and update change management materials (stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, communication plans, etc) based on input from functional and project leaders.
- Support leaders with change plan development by organizing information and applying established templates.
- Adapt materials as initiatives evolve, based on direction from Protective stakeholders.
HR Change Management Support
- Support HR-led change activities related to organizational design and compensation implementations.
- Translate HR change inputs into clear, structured documentation that supports leader and employee communication.
- Coordinate with HR business partners to align timelines and messaging inputs.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience supporting change management, HR initiatives, communications, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
