Title: FP&A Analyst

Location: North Chicago Area (Onsite preferred; hybrid flexibility possible)

Compensation: $80K–$100K base salary (flexible for the right candidate)

Start Date: Targeting mid‑December to early January

About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support back‑office finance operations and contribute to the company’s growth. This role will involve a mix of transactional and analytical work, including bill payment, customer monitoring, credit analysis, and ad hoc reporting.

This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity with strong growth potential for a junior analyst or recent graduate eager to develop in corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support finance operations including AP/AR, bill payment, and customer monitoring

• Conduct credit analysis and provide ad hoc financial reporting

• Assist with system and process cleanup to improve efficiency

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support financial decision‑making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, or recent graduate with strong ambition

• Ability to handle both transactional and analytical tasks

• Responsible, reliable, and detail‑oriented

• Customer service or credit experience is a plus
