What You’ll Own

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and support month-end close
• Produce internal financial reports and assist with management reporting
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial projects

Must‑Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial work

Nice to Have

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop (manufacturing) or E2 ERP
• Prior involvement in audit support or internal control initiatives
• CPA certification or progress toward certification
