What You'll Own
- Lead the full accounting and finance function including GL, close, AP/AR, and reporting
- Direct and manage an offshore accounting team day-to-day
- Own the month-end and year-end close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Implement and improve accounting processes, automation, and controls
- Partner with executive leadership on financial operations and decision-making
- Manage compliance, tax coordination, and audit readiness
Must-Haves
- Current or recent Controller title with demonstrated leadership and delegation experience
- Background in GPU/cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology
- Experience managing or coordinating with offshore accounting teams
- Full ownership of the accounting function — GL, close, AP/AR, reporting
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-growth environment
Nice to Have
- Experience at a venture-backed or well-funded growth-stage company
- ERP implementation or systems improvement experience
- Exposure to usage-based or subscription revenue models
- CPA or equivalent technical accounting background
