JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities
- Assemble and deliver patient meal trays based on dietary orders and preferences
- Ensure accuracy of tray contents and compliance with prescribed diets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food prep and service areas
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and food safety protocols
- Communicate with patients to confirm meal selections and resolve basic concerns
- Collaborate with dietitians and kitchen staff to support nutrition goals
- Document meal service activities and update patient dietary information as needed
