Pay Rate: $19.33/hr
Duration: 13 weeks
Expected Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am (40 hrs/week) Monday–Friday
JOB SUMMARY
The EVS/Custodian performs duties while demonstrating working knowledge of the health care cleaning and disinfecting principles and requirements, proper and safe chemical use, equipment handling, and labor-saving products for all items within the healthcare environment for which tasked with servicing.

JOB SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1 Years of Recent Custodial Experience
- 1 Years of Recent Hospital Custodial/EVS Experience Preferred
- Customer Service
- Punctual and Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Assumes responsibility for daily occupied and discharge/transfer cleaning and disinfection of patient care areas, equipment as assigned and other common areas of assignment.
- Follows all infection prevention practices (i.e. proper cleaning and disinfection protocols and process, hand hygiene, standard & isolation precautions, as well as proper donning and doffing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Removes waste and transport to the appropriate disposal area while identifying proper waste streams handling (i.e. regulated medical, recycling solid, and hazardous
- Performs specialty tasks per facility needs, including, but not limited to, conference room set up/dismantle according to function sheets and schedules, cleaning of stairwells and elevators, and hanging of cubicle curtains.
- Other duties as assigned such as performing alternate EVS aid responsibilities as needed.
