Seeking Experienced Sales Representative – TX & Gulf Coast RegionWe are looking for a seasoned Sales Representative located in the TX area to support our Destination and Resort Market. The territory will include South & Coastal Texas | Louisiana | Mississippi
The South TX/LA/MS Sales Representative plays a key role in growing L2 Brands’ presence in the destination and resort market. This role is all about building relationships, growing existing accounts, and opening doors with new customers—while showcasing products people love to sell and wear. You’ll be responsible for sales and marketing of L2 Brands’ product lines to retailers and corporate partners throughout the territory and will report to the Executive Vice President of Sales, Western U.S.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and listen. This position requires the ability to regularly lift garment bags, sample bags, rolling racks to/from the retailer’s store/office to the work vehicle. Samples bags and rolling racks can weigh up to 35 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Longer hours, evenings and weekend work will be necessary as needed.
Travel:This position does require 75% travel.

Your Impact
- Become a go-to expert on L2 Brands’ four product lines—Legacy, League, Ouray, and Locale—including best sellers, key features, and recommendations tailored to each customer’s clientele.
- Confidently present our design library, decoration options, and sales tools to help customers envision the perfect product lineup.
- Research and identify target accounts, book in-person and virtual appointments, and close the deal.
- Build strong, lasting relationships by listening first, asking smart questions, and responding to objections with confidence.
- Visit or connect with customers at least once per quarter—because relationships matter.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to support and grow sales in the territory.
- Travel 2–4 weeks per month to support existing and new business.
- Track customer activity, opportunities, and strategy using HubSpot, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and negotiate pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules.
- Upsell additional products and categories by matching customer needs with smart solutions.
- Follow up, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to keep customers happy.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends to stay one step ahead.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals developed with the EVP of Sales.
- Maintain and manage a company-provided sample line that includes apparel, headwear, and home décor.
- Own and operate a mid-size vehicle or larger to transport samples and sales materials throughout the territory.
- Communicate clearly and confidently—both verbally and in writing—about all aspects of our business.
- Understand the destination and resort market within the territory to identify new opportunities and grow sales.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a field related to apparel, headwear, or sales.
- Proven sales experience—wholesale sportswear or destination/resort market experience is a big plus.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly.
- Experience with CRM/HubSpot is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and energized by building relationships and closing deals.
