The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate pricing across sales channel customer-facing price sheets, internal database price tables, and all promotional codes and special price scenarios. This role plays a key part in supporting sales strategy by ensuring pricing integrity, margin protection, and the timely execution of promotions and special pricing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, extremely organized, highly proficient in Excel, and comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, finance, product development, planning, merchandising, and customer service.

This position will report to the VP of Customer Service and CMO.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Pricing Management & Execution
  • Manage customer-facing price sheets and internal pricing tools posted on HighSpot
  • Maintain and update all special sales rep price sheets by channel, customer type, and brand
  • Input, manage, and audit pricing across database tables, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure consistent application of pricing rules, policies, and style guide compliance
  • Promotions, Incentives & Special Pricing
  • Set up and monitor promotional price codes, limited time offers, and Clearance (“last call”) pricing
  • Manage lock-in pricing and early order incentive programs
  • Communicate pricing updates clearly to sales and customer service teams
  • Track and report on promotional effectiveness and customer response monthly
  • Quote Support & Margin Management
  • Support sales reps and customer service teams with timely and accurate pricing quotes
  • Calculate custom pricing while protecting target margins based on cost inputs
  • Review margin performance and flag exceptions or optimization opportunities
  • Data Accuracy, Reporting & Competitive Analysis
  • Audit pricing data regularly to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate pricing reports and summaries for leadership and sales teams
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market research to inform strategy
  • Recommend improvements to pricing workflows, controls, and systems
  • AI Utilization & Process Optimization
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in pricing analysis, data management, and reporting
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools to support price sheet creation, data validation, and workflow automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks through AI and automation
  • Partner with IT and leadership to adopt approved AI tools in alignment with company policies and data security standards
  • Continuously evaluate new AI capabilities to enhance productivity, accuracy, and speed to market
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Development, Planning, Merchandising, and Finance to align pricing with product launches, cost changes, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with IT when needed to ensure accurate pricing setup and system functionality
  • Participate in decoration committee activities and support new decoration setup
  • Own the accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements within the ERP system
  • Account & Operational Support
  • Support internal account management as requested by VP of Customer Service
  • Maintain account data in HubSpot and internal databases (active/inactive status, sales channel alignment, data clean-up)
  • Manage website and HubSpot general email inquiries
  • Coordinate showroom appointments and related logistics
  • Oversee finished goods tracking and inventory coordination
  • Manage sample tracking initiatives and reporting

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full-time hourly position, 40 hours a week in the office. Longer hours, evenings and weekend work will be necessary as needed.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • 2 years of experience in pricing, data management, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with ERP or pricing software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or similar) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
