Description
The Salesforce Operations Specialist leads all aspects of Salesforce administration, sales analytics and reporting, and system integration across the business. This role is instrumental in optimizing sales processes, driving CRM adoption, and delivering actionable insights that empower our sales and finance teams to exceed performance targets.
Salesforce Operations Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce platform, including configuration, user management, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and recommend enablement strategies.
- Lead training and onboarding initiatives to ensure effective use of Salesforce and sales tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align data strategies and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement of CRM processes.
- Manage and resolve Salesforce-related user requests and support tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP), working closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Document and maintain system processes, configurations, and user guides to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
- 5 years of experience in sales enablement, CRM management, or sales operations.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience supporting high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including middleware or API-based connections to ERP or other business systems.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and user support workflows.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- This role is primarily an office job. This role may require standing, walking, lifting up to 45 lbs., bending, twisting, sitting, speaking, hearing and working at a computer.
- Overnight travel may be required, up to 5%
- The base range for this role is $70,000 to $95,000 in Colorado. The role may pay more for additional experience.
- Position is eligible for participation in incentive plans such as profit-sharing and benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K and generous PTO.
