We’re working with a well-established heavy civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Indiana. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on multiple Project Engineers to support upcoming and ongoing work.

The Role

As a Project Engineer, you’ll support the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Support cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Help identify and resolve project challenges proactively
• Maintain strong communication across field and office teams
• Uphold safety and quality standards across all project phases

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years’ experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction
• Experience with water/wastewater, utilities, concrete, excavation, or piping scopes
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role over time
