Job Title: Graphic Designer (Print & Social Media)
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and support the development of print and digital visual content. This role will be responsible for producing engaging graphics across social media, marketing campaigns, packaging, and printed materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands social-first content, and is confident working across both print and digital formats.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content
- Design visually engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Adapt creative concepts into platform-appropriate formats, including posts, stories, reels, and ads.
- Support ongoing campaigns with fresh, on-brand visual assets.
Print & Physical Assets
- Design and produce print-ready artwork for brochures, POS materials, packaging, event collateral, and promotional assets.
- Prepare files for print, ensuring correct formats, colour profiles, bleeds, and specifications.
- Liaise with printers and suppliers where required.
Brand & Creative Support
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all visual outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and commercial teams to deliver creative assets on time.
- Support photoshoots, visual direction, and asset management where needed.
Creative Execution
- Take briefs from concept through to final execution.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Keep up to date with design trends, particularly within social media and digital content.
Key Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in graphic design across both print and digital/social media.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Good understanding of social media formats, best practices, and trends.
- Experience preparing artwork for professional print production.
Portfolio
- A strong portfolio demonstrating print design and social media content.
