Job Title: Telecommunications Sales Representative
Location: Olympia/Lacey, WA
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site/Field-Based
Overview:
A growing company in the Olympia/Lacey area is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, promoting a variety of communication solutions, and helping customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of telecommunications services and solutions to new and existing customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in residential and/or small business markets
Educate customers on current product offerings, promotions, and service benefits
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues as needed
Attend ongoing training and stay up to date with the latest industry trends
Qualifications:
1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
