The Sales Responsible Associate will play a key role in sourcing candidates, developing client relationships, generating leads, negotiating rates, managing accounts, and creating successful employment placements. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify strong matches for client hiring needs.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and business contacts to generate new account opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-up to grow a book of business.
- Perform reference checks, coordinate candidate submissions, and support the placement process from start to finish.
- Negotiate rates, manage client expectations, and maintain strong account relationships.
- Collaborate with internal team members to support recruiting goals, client satisfaction, and placement success.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year base pay
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Uncapped commission potential.
