Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Staffing Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Sandy, UT. The Staffing Specialist will support new account development, candidate recruiting, client communication, and day-to-day staffing operations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and active client accounts to support staffing needs and new business growth.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and match qualified candidates to open positions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, follow-up communication, and placement activity.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, or internal databases.
- Support sales and business development efforts through outreach, follow-up, and market research.
- Provide a positive candidate and client experience through timely communication and professional service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
