Senior Project Administrator – Certified Payroll & Compliance Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000 (DOE) About the Opportunity AppleOne is partnering with a highly established commercial General Contractor headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, with over 40 years of continuous operations in the South Florida market. This organization is known for its long-standing reputation, stable leadership, and delivery of publicly funded, affordable housing, and complex commercial construction projects. They have asked AppleOne to identify a strong, bilingual Senior Project Administrator who is highly experienced in certified payroll, labor compliance, and lien law administration. Position Summary: The Senior Project Administrator plays a critical, hands-on role supporting project management and accounting operations by overseeing: Cost-Plus and GMP billing Certified payroll and labor compliance Section 3 and affordable housing documentation Florida lien law administration Risk management and audit readiness This role does NOT include budgeting, cost forecasting, profitability analysis, or project financial projections. The focus is strictly on billing accuracy, compliance, documentation, and regulatory adherence from project setup through close-out. Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) ?
