Procurement II (Associate)

Good Day! We are currently seeking a Procurement II (Associate) for a contract role supporting a global Animal Health organization. Position Details• Location: 126 East Lincoln Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065 (Onsite)• Contract Period: January 5, 2026 – December 31, 2026• Schedule: Full-time• Pay Rate: $44.58/hour About the Role This role supports Indirect Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, with a primary focus on Veterinary Devices and select commercial indirect spend categories. You will work closely with global stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support sourcing, supplier management, and change initiatives. Key Responsibilities• Conduct supplier and supply market analysis• Support sourcing activities (RFIs, RFPs) and negotiations• Develop cost models and pricing analysis• Assist with contract preparation and management• Monitor and improve supplier performance• Manage stakeholder relationships across global teams• Support change management initiatives Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing• Experience with indirect spend categories (e.g., logistics, IT, professional services)• Proficiency in SAP Ariba• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables preferred) If you are interested or would like to learn more, please reply with your updated resume and availability.
