Payroll Specialist (Contract – 6 months) PR: $20.00 Highland Hills Ohio Onsite required Summary: Role Overview This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client payroll and billing. The role involves meticulous data review, financial balancing across multiple databases, and the physical preparation of deliverables for clients. It operates within a deadline-driven environment where precision and adherence to banking timeframes are critical. Key Responsibilities• Data Verification: Review client payroll data for accuracy, specifically checking taxing locales and balancing figures.• Invoicing & Balancing: Verify client invoicing against supporting payroll information and balance these figures against accounting statements.• Production & Distribution: Finalize payroll and invoices, print checks, and prepare physical packets for shipment to customers.• Departmental Support: Assist with customer service and other invoicing functions to support the broader team.
