We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Client Associate to provide operational and administrative support to an executive in client acquisition and marketing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing data, crafting professional correspondence, and supporting strategic outreach efforts—all within a structured, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day operations support and assist with client marketing initiatives.
Maintain and scrub Excel sheets to ensure accurate client information and tracking.
Construct and proofread email drafts for client communications.
Collaborate with internal and client personnel to provide basic information and updates.
Identify opportunities to improve work processes within established procedures.
Escalate questions or issues to your supervisor as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 6 months of operations or administrative support experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.
Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working with spreadsheets and data accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written communication and professional email etiquette.
Dependable and able to manage time effectively during morning hours.
