What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at AppleOne?
The Inside Sales / Customer Service rep will serve as the main point of contact for customers within an assigned region. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, following up on quotes, generating new opportunities, and ensuring professional, timely communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn products, processes, and customer base. - Would like someone with Aerospace Experience.
Pay rate: $20-25 DOE can go up to $30 with Aerospace background
Location: Corona, CA (onsite)
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm
Sales -
Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily to customers and prospects using company data, industry search, and CRM Tools.
Dedicate a specific 2 hour daily call block exclusively to outbound customer calls.
Generate quotes and follow up regularly with customer to closer opportunities.
Research and identify new customers in the aerospace industry to expand customer base.
Customer Support and Order Management -
Respond to customer inquiries regarding purchase orders, quotes, and order status in a timely and professional manner.
Receive and process quotes and purchase orders per procedures, ensuring proper filing and record keeping.
Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding their quotes, orders, and jobs in progress.
Escalate customer issue or concerns to leadership when appropriate
CRM & Documentation -
Use the CRM module to log all customer calls, document notable interactions and maintain accurate, current customer data.
Ensure consistent follow-up by documenting daily activities, customer concerns, and updates.
Maintain organized electronic records of quotes, purchase orders and communications.
