We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR / Office Coordinator to provide high volume administrative and HR support in a collaborative, fast moving environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with numbers, and being a key support partner across the office.
?? What You’ll Do
In this high impact role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative and HR functions, including:
Providing high volume administrative support in a busy office setting
Assisting with payroll processing and data entry with a high degree of accuracy
Coordinating onboarding and new hire documentation, ensuring a welcoming experience
Managing busy, multi line phones with professionalism and excellent customer service
Preparing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents
Supporting office and employee events, internal communications, and logistics
Creating flyers and materials using marketing tools such as Canva
Acting as a reliable point of contact for employees, vendors, and leadership
Helping keep daily operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly

A highly enthusiastic and service oriented attitude
Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently with numbers
Previous experience in administrative support, HR coordination, payroll, or office management
Confidence handling high call volumes and frequent interruptions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with design or marketing software (Canva or similar strongly preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, organized, and detail oriented with strong follow through
Ability to work hybrid and come into the office as needed
