Review and prepare escrow instructions, title documents, and settlement statements.
Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure timely and accurate closings.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations throughout the escrow process.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role within the real estate or title industry.
Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, title insurance, and real estate transactions.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with escrow software and tools is a plus.
