Responsible for paying all insurance out of the escrow accounts in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure all insurance has correct lienholder and all forced placed (CPI) insurance on RE loans.
- Assists in entering loan data into core system and properly book loans.
- Assists with annual escrow analysis.
- Assists for all real estate payment transfer request and analysis on balance or payment issues.
- Will serve as back up to administrative assistant.
- Back up for all Triad loan booking, including pending.
- Works well with co-workers and maintains a “team” attitude within the Credit Union.
- Adheres to all Red River Employees Federal Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Experience in the real estate department of a credit union or equivalent experience with similar financial or real estate institutions.
- High school diploma or the equivalent, with some college desirable.
- Competent computer skills and use of standard office equipment.
- Ability to meet, speak, and deal effectively with people, being professional always.
- Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- While the following list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented, identified physical requirements include the ability to operate normal office equipment and some lifting, not to exceed 25 pounds.
