Human Resources Coordinator Location: Greater Seattle Area Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will assist with onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Employee Support & HR Administration Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures Assist with benefits enrollment and changes Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives Help maintain employee handbook and HR documentation Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (including Washington State regulations) Maintain I-9 documentation and employment verification records Assist with audits and reporting (EEO, workers’ compensation, etc.) Track leave administration, including FMLA and WA Paid Family & Medical Leave Payroll & Data Management Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee data and timekeeping Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports as needed Support compensation tracking and organizational updates Qualifications: 2 years of HR support or coordination experience Working knowledge of federal and Washington State employment laws Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, Workday, BambooHR, or similar) Strong organizational and communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field PHR, SHRM-CP, or pursuit of certification preferred Experience supporting a mid-sized organization (50–500 employees)Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_ English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
