Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Cypress, CA. This hybrid Financial Analyst role is ideal for an early-career finance or accounting professional who enjoys combining financial analysis, vendor cost review, accounts payable oversight, and month-end accounting support.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
- Analyze cost structures, spending trends, vendor charges, and financial performance to identify risks and savings opportunities.
- Review vendor invoices, validate pricing against purchase orders and agreements, and resolve billing or pricing discrepancies.
- Support accounts payable accuracy by improving invoice review processes, controls, and vendor cost tracking.
- Prepare journal entries, support accruals and prepaids, and assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Reconcile AP sub-ledger activity to the general ledger and provide documentation for audits and internal reporting.
