Executive Assistant (CEO & COO Support)
Fully Onsite - Direct Hire
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership, including the CEO and COO. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being a trusted partner to executives, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for executive leadership
-Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups
-Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
-Arrange travel, itineraries, and expense reporting
-Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
-Assist with presentations, reports, and executive communications
-Support day-to-day operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
-Prior experience supporting C-level executives (CEO, COO, or similar) required
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
-High level of discretion and attention to detail
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
